William M. Benjamin, CFLS

William “Bill” Benjamin is a highly accomplished attorney with 40+ years of experience litigating and mediating Family Law matters. Bill carries the prestigious Martindale Hubble AV Rating and has been recognized with the Super Lawyer designation for more than a decade. In 2008, Bill was the recipient of the Norby Award, the highest honor given to a family law attorney each year by the San Diego Family Law Bar.

In recognition of demonstrating a high level of experience, proficiency, and commitment to practicing Family Law, the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization has designated Bill as a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS).

He has been appointed as Minors Counsel countless times by Superior Court Judges to represent minor children in child custody cases stemming from divorce or paternity proceedings. Bill has presented at seminars to educate his peers (and judges) about how to properly advocate as Minors Counsel and ethics issues.
